We live these practices out in two basic expressions. Tempe City Church is not primarily a service to attend or a place to go. We are first and foremost committed to developing a movement of communities on mission spread throughout the city and around the world.
Missional Communities:
Our primary expression of our practices is Missional Communities. These are not just for the people who “want to go deeper with their faith.” Rather they are a core of people who are being transformed by the gospel who commit to living out God’s mission together by demonstrating and declaring the gospel to each other and those who are not living under it.
Sunday Gatherings:
The Sunday gathering is not the main event for our community. Like traditional churches we regularly come together to eat, preach, pray, sing, and participate in communion. However, we see this less as the front door to TCC and more as Missional Communities coming together to celebrate, learn, and worship.
Times and places may vary so connect with info @ tempecitychurch.com.
